Returns Policy

At Humberside Power Tools, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

• A return shipping label
• Instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
